In this post I want to share a secret to help you improve autoimmune symptoms. Many of you may not know that I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, I fell ill in 2008 and didn’t get an official diagnosis until 2014. Crazy right?!? But because of that I’ve learnt quite a few things about healing the body from the inside out and one of the things I have learnt is that most disease starts in the gut.
Anyway, whenever people contact me regarding their health I always mention the importance of diet – it’s soooooooooooooooooooo important I cannot overemphasise it enough (look out for an upcoming post filled with lots of money off vouchers for great, healthy food as God intended it to be). But it’s not enough to randomly change your diet and hope for the best, your body is so amazing and everybody’s body are all so unique and have adapted to the world in so many ways.
